A week later, on the same day as the open house, we got another offer which was $40,000.00 more than our asking price. Steven handled the escrow process extremely professionally and recommended to me wonderful people who helped me organize my move, as we closed on the sale within 4 weeks of accepting the offer and I had too much to do in a short time. Steven was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive when he helped us sell our condo and buy our house in 2015 when the Santa Monica market was tough for buyers. Our primary contact was his associate, sheila rose, but as it happened, she had to be away a number of times during the transactions, and steven stepped in each time, never missing a beat impressive, really. When we ran into some problems with the bank during the closing, steven went above and beyond to ensure all went smoothly, and taking some of that stress off our shoulders was invaluable. Steven is definitely one of the best agents in town (and there are a lot in LA!) He made the whole process, which was too daunting to imagine at the beginning, seem easy and even fun. He was patient with us as we looked at home after home after home, and was always available to answer our questions- big and small.
